MS Money and Intuit product users - Before downloading or accepting an automatic update for the first time from the new internet banking system, Deactivate/Remove Account then Activate/Create Account to recreate connection using the new system's information.
For manual updates, do not export previously downloaded transactions. Duplicate transactions may appear if overlapping dates are chosen.
Customers using VISTA and IE 7.0 who are unable to access their Citizens online banking or are experiencing very long access times, the following changes to your browser options will correct this.
- Click on the tools menu at the top of the screen.
- Click Internet Options at the bottom of the drop down box.
- At the top right of the box click the Advanced tab.
- Use the slide bar on the right to scroll down to the bottom.
- Click to put a check in the Use SSL 2.0 box and Use SSL 3.0 box (if they are not already selected.
- The Use TLS 1.0 box should NOT be checked, if it is, remove the check.
- Click the Apply button, then click the O.K button.
- Click the Content tab at the top of the box.
- Click the Clear SSL State Button, and then click Apply and O.K.
- View your account balances
