SEPTEMBER 15, 2010 - "Dirty Rotten Scoundrels"
Join us as we travel to the Theatre at the Center in Munster, IN. This impressive theatre is part of a visual and performing Arts Center, home to professional equity actors. We’ll be seeing a comedy titled “Dirty Rotten Scroundrels” which centers on two con men living on the French Riviera who makes their living by talking rich ladies out of their money. After meeting on a train, they unsuccessfully attempt to work together only to find that this small French town isn’t big enough for the two of them. A hilarious battle of cons ensues, that will keep the audience laughing and guessing to the end! A delicious plated lunch will precede the play. In addition there will be time to visit the art gallery and gift shop. Cost includes transportation, drivers tip, lunch, show, all taxes and gratuities.

OCTOBER 13, 2010 - Anderson Gardens, Rockford IL
In our hectic and stressful world, Anderson Japanese Gardens opens minds to a different culture while offering members a place of peace and tranquility. The 14 acre gardens are in a 13th century "pond strolling" garden with waterfalls, ponds, streams, rock formations and a sukiya style tea house. Lunch is included, along with other site-seing places in the Rockford area. Cost includes bus transportation, entrance fees, lunch and all taxes and gratuities.

OCTOBER 14, 2010 - Taste of Home & Farmer's Market
Spend a day in historic Greendale, WI, home to Reiman Publications, publishers of "Country Magazine". Upon arrival, a step on guide will give us a tour of this "Greenbelt Town", one of only three in the nation. The tour includes a stop to view the inside of one of the famed "backward houses". Our next stop will be the Visitor Center to view a short video on the unusual history of Reiman Publications and the 13 magazines they publish. We view a cooking demonstration in the test kitchen for "Taste of Home" magazine and sample some goodies. There will be time to visit the Center's Norman Rockwell exhibit and the "Limerick Hall of Fame", as well as shopping in the Taste of Home Outlet Store. Lunch is scheduled at the Harmony Inn Restaurant, followed by shopping at the village stores. All attendees will receive a gift bag and store coupons. On the way home we'll stop at the Elegant Farmer's Market near Mukwonago, WI. Cost includes deluxe motorcoach transportation, driver's tip, tour and guide fees, lunch and all taxes and gratuities.

NOVEMBER 17, 2010 - Fall Hometown Event-Sandwich
Join us for another "close to home" event! A buffet lunch will be served at Alessandria's Restaurant beginning at noon. In the afternoon, Sherri Farley will entertain us with her talents on the Hammered Dulcimer. Cost inclues lunch, program and all taxes and gratuities.

NOVEMBER 17, 2010 - Fall Hometown Event-PPrinceton

DECEMBER 12, 2010 - "It's Beginning to Look A Lot Like Christmas"
Kris Kringle takes on the cynics among us in this musical adaptation of the popular holiday favorite. We'll travel to Theatre at the Center in Munster, Indiana to watch this holiday favorite created by Meredith Willson, author of "The Music Man" and "The Unsinkable Molly Brown". Before the show we'll have time to visit the South Shore Arts gift shop and the William J. Bachman art gallery. Lunch will be an all-you-can-eat champagne brunch! Cost includes transportation, brunch, show, driver's tip, all taxes and gratuities.
